Privacy Policy — NextSeat
1. Who we are
NextSeat is a trade name (DBA) of Rohjo Solutions LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with its address at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, OFC 2995, Orlando, Florida 32819, United States ("NextSeat," "we," "us"). We are responsible for the personal data you provide through nextseathq.com, our free assessment, our in-depth assessment and our development programs (the "Services").

The Services are available to professionals in most countries. They are not offered to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or China, or to residents of countries and regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
Our commitment in short: we use your data only to deliver the Services you asked for, we keep it confidential, and we never share it with your employer or any prospective employer.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what you give us and the technical data needed to deliver the Services.

Please keep your answers about you. Do not include confidential information about your employer, clients or colleagues, or sensitive data such as health, religion, political views, sexual orientation or financial account details. Remove names of people, companies and customers from any work sample. If sensitive or confidential data reaches us, we will not use it for any other purpose and we will delete it on request.
3. If you give feedback as a colleague
If someone invites you to give feedback on them, we receive your name and email from that person, and your answers from you. We use them only to prepare that person's development report. Your answers are combined with those of other colleagues and are never attributed to you by name in what that person receives. When fewer than three colleagues answer, only general themes are shared, never answers to individual questions. Only NextSeat sees individual answers. You can skip any question, decline to take part, or ask us to delete your answers by replying to the invitation email.
4. How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Generate your reports, your program offer, your development plan and your feedback.
- Send you those results and the weekly and monthly program materials by email.
- Process payments and keep the records the law requires.
- Respond to your questions and requests.
- Keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Updates (optional). If you check the box to receive updates, we will use your name and email to send you news about NextSeat programs and content. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of those emails or by writing to hello@nextseathq.com. Saying no does not affect any Service.
What we never do:
- We never share your data or results with your current employer or any prospective employer.
- We never sell your personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
- We never use your data to train AI models.
5. AI processing and human review
Our Services are produced by AI agents. The free assessment report is generated automatically and may be reviewed for quality by NextSeat. In-depth assessment reports, program offers, development plans and monthly feedback are generated by AI agents and reviewed for quality by a NextSeat reviewer before they reach you. All results are informational guidance, not a hiring decision, a certification or a guarantee of any career outcome. You can ask for an explanation of how a result was produced at hello@nextseathq.com.
6. Service providers and international transfers
We rely on these providers, who process your data only to perform their service for us and under their own security and confidentiality commitments:

Under Microsoft's enterprise terms for Azure OpenAI, the data we send is not used to train Microsoft's or OpenAI's models. Microsoft may keep it for up to 30 days only to monitor for abuse.
International transfers. NextSeat operates from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in those countries under the safeguards described in this Policy.
We may disclose personal data only if required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to a buyer of our business that agrees to honor this Policy.
7. Confidentiality, retention and security
Confidentiality. Your data and results are confidential. Only NextSeat and the providers listed above, to the extent needed to deliver the Services, can access them.
Retention. We delete your data 90 days after your last service with us ends. Your last service ends: for the free assessment, when we deliver your report; for the in-depth assessment without a program, when the program offer expires; for a program, on the last day of the last quarter you paid for, whether you complete the program, cancel or do not renew. We keep longer only the minimum record of your consent, payment and invoice records for as long as tax and legal obligations require, and, if you opted in to updates, your name and email until you unsubscribe.
Security. We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable cloud providers. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
Delete your data. Reply DELETE to any email we sent you, or write to hello@nextseathq.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except the minimum record needed to show we honored your request and any data we must keep by law.
You can also ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate.
- Stop using your data for a specific purpose, or stop sending you updates.
We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by writing from the email you used with us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in Mexico, or rights under the privacy laws of your U.S. state, including the right to appeal our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
9. Other terms
Age. The Services are for professionals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Cookies. Our website and forms use only the cookies needed to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics, we will update this Policy.
Changes. We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with its effective date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will notify you by email first.
